The law relating to Agency is mainly focused on the relationship between principal and agent, in the concept of agency where one party is acting on behalf of the other (US Legal, 2021). The laws relating to the agency is described by the Latin maxim, "Qui facit per alium, facit per se," it means the person who acts on behalf of another, it presumes in law that such person does the act for himself, and the law of agency generally connected with the contractual or commercial dealings (US Legal, 2021).
